😀  Good News: We have partnered with alternative couriers to ensure your orders are delivered during the Canada Post strike.

However, please note:

  • If you are located in a remote area, your delivery will be affected.
  • Shipments to P.O. Boxes may face delays, as Canada Post is the only authorized courier for these addresses. We recommend providing a civic shipping address to enable delivery by alternate couriers.
  • Due to increased shipping volumes, all other couriers are currently experiencing delays.

All C23 orders fulfilled November 15-19, 2024, will be relabeled and delivered. Please allow some additional time as we work to process these changes.

Our Care Centre team will email you your new tracking numbers. Please note that Canada Post tracking numbers will still appear on our site when tracking your order; however, we kindly ask you to disregard them. The updated tracking numbers will be available starting Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Shipping Information

For orders shipped directly to you:

  • All items in your order must be sent to a single “ship to” address
  • In-stock items ship every Tuesday and Friday
  • We will send an email to the email address on file with the following:
    • Order billing details
    • Unavailable items (if applicable)
    • Tracking details
  • Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped
  • A valid Canadian address is required

Please note: We do not ship to third party shippers.

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders at every start of campaign must be submitted by Thursday morning 10:30 AM ET to be shipped on Friday.
  • Orders of the mid-week campaign must be submitted by Monday at 6:00am ET for Tuesday shipment or Thursday morning, 10:30 AM ET to be shipped on the Friday.
  • Orders on the last days of the campaign must be submitted by Monday at 6:00am ET for Tuesday shipment or no later than Tuesday 11:59 PM ET to be shipped on the Friday.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges

Free shipping is available to customers with an Avon.ca account, including those who shop with an Ambassador, and place an order in which the merchandise total is $60 or over before taxes.

  • No coupon code is required

 

Shipping fees for guests and for customers with an Avon.ca account, including those who shop with an Ambassador, and place orders in which the merchandise total is less than $60 is $10.95.

 

Shipping fees for customers without an Avon.com account are based on order amounts:

International Orders

We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside Canada on Avon.ca.

Taxes

The appropriate taxes (based on the “ship to” location) will be added to your order. An estimated dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen. The actual tax amount will appear in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you once your order has shipped.

Taxes are based on the subtotal including shipping.
