The returns window is now set-up as follows:
60 days as of the order date for Representatives
45 days as of the order date for customers
Keep your return tracking number on hand until your full return has been processed.
Returns are processed on a per-order basis.
An RMA is required for each Campaign return, to ensure all items are reconciled properly.
If orders are shipped via TForce Logistics, Representatives and customers can now view delivery tracking details on the "Order History" page.
2024 Taxes
As we completed half a business year, we want to remind you of an important task that will help you be better prepared for the upcoming tax season. It is crucial that you save all your campaign statements on your personal devices throughout the year or print them. While the Avon Company will issue T4’A and Relevé tax forms for the previous year if you earned $500 or more in leadership checks, bonuses, trips, incentive prizes, or rewards, we cannot guarantee that it will contain everything you need for your tax filing as an independent Avon Representative. By keeping your own records, you can ensure you have all the necessary information at hand. Please consult your tax professional should you have any questions.
Representatives that hold Avon credit, you are still able to build an order but have the following account parameters when it comes to submitting an order.
Non-PC Representatives will be required to pay for their account before the end of the following campaign to be able to place an order and avoid incurring late fees.
C14 must be paid before submitting C15
C15 must be paid before submitting C16
C16 must be paid before submitting C17
PC + Representatives will be required to pay for their account before the end of the second campaign that follows to be able to place their next order and avoid late fees.
C14 must be paid before submitting C16
C15 must be paid before submitting C17
C16 must be paid before submitting C18
If you are using a debit/credit combo card to pay for your order, choose PayPal as a payment method, then click “PayPal Checkout”, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” so you can check out as a guest.
You can call in your order to the Care Center, and the call-in order fee will continue to be waived.

Avon Policy for Incentives: Representative’s account must be active, in good standing and current (President’s Club members cannot be past due more than one Campaign with credit). Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for account balances over $500.
Representatives catering to tax-exempt customers, three distinct Tax-Exempt Native Tax forms are provided under the “Documents and Resources” section under Manage Business tab. There will be 30 days to submit your 2024 tax credits starting from the day the Campaign order is billed. Submit via email only through Contact Us.
