Exciting Updates
  • Starting in Campaign 19, Ambassadors will have the option to select a complimentary brochure and literature (either in English or French) during the checkout process. Ambassadors will no longer receive both languages. Get ready to add a free brochure to your order!

  • You are now able to order your demo limit in the What’s New for each Campaign an order is being placed. We have updated this feature from only being able to order you demo limit once.

  • Online customers will now receive a reminder message to apply a coupon code at checkout, if they did not click to apply a coupon code to the order.

  • If a shopper views an individual product on a product details page, they will be shown bundles available that include the product under the new “Save with Sets” section. This feature is a savings opportunity for shoppers.

Avon Returns
  • The Avon Canada Returns address will change effective Monday, July 29, 2024. Please note the new address listed below. For future reference, the updated address can be found on the Customer Returns page.

  • The returns window is set-up as follows:

    • 60 days as of the order date for Ambassadors

    • 45 days as of the order date for customers

Important Reminders
  • If orders are shipped via TForce Logistics, Ambassadors and customers can now view delivery tracking details on the “Order History” page.

  • 2024 Taxes:

    To be prepared for the upcoming tax season, it is crucial that you save all your campaign statements on your personal devices throughout the year or print them. While the Avon Company will issue T4’A and Relevé tax forms for the previous year if you earned $500 or more in leadership checks, bonuses, trips, incentive prizes, or rewards, we cannot guarantee that it will contain everything you need for your tax filing as an independent Avon Ambassadors. By keeping your own records, you can ensure you have all the necessary information at hand. Please consult your tax professional should you have any questions.

  • If you are using a debit/credit combo card to pay for your order, choose PayPal as a payment method, then click “PayPal Checkout”, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” so you can check out as a guest.

  • You can call in your order to the Care Center, and the call-in order fee will continue to be waived.

  • Grow your Avon business and your team by opting into our program that matches online customers and leads with an active Ambassadors. You can find this opt-in feature under My Profile › Preferences › Let Customers & Recruits Find me Online to enroll today!

  • To update your email preferences, click “My Profile”, scroll down to “Communication Preferences”, then click “Edit” to update what communications you'd like to receive.

  • Avon Policy for Incentives: Ambassador’s account must be active, in good standing and current (President’s Club members cannot be past due more than one Campaign with credit). Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for account balances over $500.

  • Ambassadors catering to tax-exempt customers, three distinct Tax-Exempt Native Tax forms are provided under the “Documents and Resources” section under Manage Business tab. There will be 30 days to submit your 2024 tax credits starting from the day the Campaign order is billed. Submit via email only through Contact Us.
