When and where will Avon Connect 2025 be held?
We’ll host our live event August 12–15, 2025, in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan Resort, Hotel, and Casino.
Can anyone attend the live, in-person event?
In-person attendance is open to Ambassadors, registered Co-Applicants and Guests (must be 18 or over) and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be registered prior to arrival on site for the event in order to participate.
What is the cost to sign up and what is included?

How can I attend virtually?
We will broadcast portions of the program free to all Ambassadors via Zoom links below. Other sessions will be available for viewing after the event on the Avon YouTube channel. There is no fee to register for virtual viewing. Registration is required to watch virtual viewing segments.

How can I pay for registration?
You can purchase your pass with Visa or MasterCard on the registration site.
Will I receive swag?
All on-site attendees will need to present a Photo ID to receive their swag bag upon arrival as their participation gift at our registration desk for the event hosted at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Keep that bag with you to collect your swag and giveaways as you attend the sessions throughout the event. You will receive products and business tools with a total of $200+ in value. Make sure you leave room in your luggage to bring everything home with you!
Will there be shopping opportunities during the show?

Will there be French and Spanish translation for the event?
Yes, we will have simultaneous translations available for attendees via headset for both French- and Spanish-speaking Ambassadors during training sessions and presentations. Be sure to request this in your registration process.
Will I be eligible for prizes and giveaways?
In-person registered Ambassadors and registered Co-Applicants are eligible for on-site drawings and raffles if they have a verified Avon Wallet account set up by Tuesday, July 15, close of Campaign 14.
What is the cancellation policy?
Avon Connect event cancellation: Registered attendees will receive a 100% refund if they cancel by July 21, 2025. Those who register after July 21, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your registration, contact EventsSupport@avonusa.com. Please include Avon Connect 2025 in the subject line, and include your full name and Avon account number within the message.
Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation by 5:00 PM ET on July 21, 2025 After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee plus taxes, which will be charged directly to the individual guest making the cancellation.
