Depending on the room type, accommodation can service 1-4 guests per room; however, there is a US$20 per night, per person fee for the 4th guest. The special Avon rate is valid August 23 through August 27. You can select additional room nights while booking for the event (based on hotel availability). You can also extend your stay nearby at your favourite hotel or resort.
Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation before 5:00 PM ET on July 30, 2026. After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee plus taxes, which will be charged directly to the form of payment used to make your reservation. Please note, your reservation is not guaranteed without a successful deposit of the first night’s stay on your credit card.
